I have always been one of those people that wants something as soon as I think of it. When I want ice cream, I run out to the store to get it right away. I don’t like to wait for anything. So, I have been wanting to get a Polaroid camera so I can have a developed picture right away. I know that there are digital cameras out there now that you can see the picture right away, but I just like having a picture in print as a memory. I just know that I will love having one of those for my family.

I think that one of the things that my kids like the most about taking pictures is seeing all the silly faces that they can make right away. I think they really try to top each other in how silly they can look. So, this year for Christmas, I got each of them a polaroid camera, and had them have a competition to see who could come up with the best picture in 10 minutes. It allowed them enough time to think about a picture, and take at least one, maybe two different pictures in that amount of time. I think it was a great present.
